Rev. Hosea Mulinde a visionary leader and cross-cultural missionary whose ministry spans over three decades and multiple nations. Carrying a lifelong burden to see the global Church awakened, aligned, and prepared for end-time revival, he continues to serve as a prophetic voice — discipling and mentoring emerging leaders across this generation.
He is the founding leader of One Church One Voice Global — a prophetic and interdenominational movement commissioned to unify the Body of Christ, ignite revival fire, and restore apostolic leadership across cultures and generations. Through this platform, Rev. Mulinde pioneered the Apostolic Discipleship Alliance (ADA), a global training and commissioning network that mobilizes fivefold ministers, equips emerging leaders, and establishes regional revival hubs worldwide.
With a deep passion for reconciliation and cultural transformation, he also serves as President of Global Community Transformation (GCT) — a multicultural initiative promoting peacebuilding, intercultural dialogue, diplomatic cooperation and healing in regions affected by division and unrest.
Rev. Mulinde’s journey in ministry began at a young age, receiving Christ in 1984 at Full Gospel Church (now Ggaba Community Church). After years of formation under spiritual leadership, he entered full-time ministry and received apostolic commissioning during his time at World Trumpet Mission, where he served under the mentorship and covering of Dr. John Mulinde. There, he gained a rich foundation in nations’ transformation, and global missions.
Since his apostolic commissioning in 2004, he has ministered across Africa, Asia, and Europe — pioneering revival campaigns, convening apostolic summits, planting churches, and mentoring emerging leaders. His work continues to build bridges across ethnic, denominational, and generational lines, with a vision to help raise a unified Church that speaks with one voice, under One Spirit, for one purpose.
His latest book, The Pentecostal Revival: The Church in Cultural Diversity is a prophetic and practical call to Church leaders, intercessors, and movements to embrace diversity as a Kingdom asset and align with God’s end-time purposes.
Rev. Mulinde holds an Honorary Doctorate in Ministries, with further training in theology, biblical leadership, and international cooperation. His ministry blends grassroots experience with apostolic insight — equipping the global Church for Spirit-empowered discipleship, multicultural witness, and Kingdom unity.
Global Apostolic Transition
Having faithfully served in pastoral and missionary ministry for over three decades, Rev. Hosea Mulinde now walks in a full-time global apostolic mandate. Through One Church One Voice Global and the Apostolic Discipleship Alliance, he is focused on equipping leaders, discipling nations, and preparing the Body of Christ for end-time revival, cultural reconciliation, and the return of the King in glory.
He is joyfully married to Dorah Mulinde, and together they raise their two children, Jireh and Hebron, as part of a generational legacy of Kingdom service.
